How we work with you
- We stay out of the photo and video line: Planners book us because we work with the rest of the vendor team, not around it. We check in with you on arrival, stay off the dance-floor edge during formals, and capture the candid moments photo and cinema are not standing in.
- Your couple wakes up to the gallery: Raw footage the next morning. Edited recaps that week. The couple has something to post before brunch, which makes you look like the planner who thought of everything.
- You send the couple. We send the quote.: Share the date and the couple. We send them a private quote and keep you copied. We do not publish a public vendor ladder or undercut the number you already discussed.
- Same-week turnaround, Chicagoland-local: Based in Arlington Heights. We already know North Shore clubs, downtown hotels, and suburban banquet halls. No travel fee across Chicagoland, and we have covered the 96-hour wedding that made the TODAY Show.

Use the form on this page or email lexi@gottyoumedia.com with the couple's names, date, and venue. We reply within 24 hours, send them a private quote, and keep you in the thread.
What do you charge the couple?
Wedding coverage starts at $1,950. Mitzvah coverage starts at $1,400. Corporate half-day work typically starts at $1,800. The full package for their day is a custom quote, not a public price list.
Will you step on my photographer or videographer?
No. We shoot vertical, social-first content and we treat the photo and cinema team as the stills and film of record. Many of the planners who send us work also book a photographer and a videographer.
Do you have preferred-vendor or partner pricing?
For planners and vendors we already work with, yes. We send a private partner page. This public page is for sending couples and for first introductions. Tell us you are a planner on the form and we will route it that way.
How fast is the turnaround for my couple?
Raw gallery the next day (as little as 12 hours on the higher wedding tiers). Edited recap reels within the week. Rush is available when the timeline is tight.
